WordPress Website Developer
9 – 12 Month Contract, Full Time – Start Date: Immediate
JOB OVERVIEW
An exciting new role has arisen to join our dynamic marketing team at the Wellington Estate. We are seeking a talented, creative and experienced WordPress Developer whose primary focus will be designing and maintaining engaging WordPress websites and digital assets across our portfolio of businesses.
This role is a wonderful career stepping‑stone to gain exposure to working across multiple industries and diverse target audiences in a beautiful setting.
You will be involved in the entire lifecycle of web projects – from concept to launch – ensuring modern, responsive, and engaging web experiences. The role requires a strong background in WordPress development, PHP, and front‑end technologies, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high‑quality, well‑optimised websites. We are looking for an ambitious, self‑motivated individual with a proven track record of working with both themes and plugins, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to projects in a fast‑paced environment. You will work closely with both the Marketing and Digital Operations Manager and the Head of Marketing and PR.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Full‑time, Monday – Friday. Hours of work: 9am – 5pm with a 1 hour lunch break.
Annual leave: 21 days plus Bank Holidays.
A full driver’s licence is essential.
